The article on Amul gives insights in to the complicated supply chain management in milk industry. There is a mistake in the first line which shows as amul's daily milk collection as 447000 litres and the sales proceeds are 6.00 crores. It is not matching. I feel that either some denomintions are missing or the procurement figure is defenitly wrong. Pl correct.

Other than show casing the importance of cooperative unions, the story seems to be telling some other message. Everyone in country thinks that Amul and Mr Kurian are two non-separate-able things and this story at the time when Mr Kurian is under attack from his staff doesn't give write message.
