When Small people like Deva Gowda are given big responsibility this is the ourcome. Our education systems to introduced lesson based on panchatantra and other old Indian wisdom so that people when they rise in life to higher positions behave the way they should behave.
Sri Narayan Murthy should ignore the words as being made by a person of lower intellect and lower wisdom.
It is extremely sad that Mr.Narayana Murthy has resigned from the Chairmanship of BIAL due to the mindless remark of DeveGowda. Gowda is a thorn in the flesh of Bangalore/ Karnataka Development .His habit is only to pass criticisms and play dirty politics . It is time, people realise his game and throw him and his party to the dust bin. If he is allowed to continue, Karnataka can never think of any development in any field.
The recent incident of BIAL again showed the stuff our politicians are made of. Mr. Devegouda who himself delivered nothing during his tenure as prime minister (except perhaps snoring sound in parliament!!!)doesn't even deserve column space in media. I think its just an unsuccessful attempt to revive his dead political career with controvercial statements like this.
It appears that politicians are hell bent on not allowing intelligent and forward thinking men like Mr.Murthy to participate in any of such ventures. It looks like their \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"stake\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" in it would be reduced if a sincere person like Murthy is involved.Deve Gowda was arguably the worst PM this country had and now Karnataka is living with it.After staying in the US for a month now, I am convinced that our country will never develop if people like DG are in power.We have one of the worst airports in the world and we call ourselves the IT capital.With bangalore\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"third-world\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" class infrastructure, be assured the bubble would burst...watch out !!
Unfortunately, corrupt and inept politicians, whose expertise mostly extends to speaking nonsense and dozing in meetings of national importance still have a big say in our country. Mr. Murthy has given a befitting reply to Deve Gowda's apathetic and harebrained statement.
Does Deve Gowda even know what it takes to manage a project of this scale? But for masterminds like Mr. Murthy, would Bangalore have even appeared on the global map? Until these foolish acts are severly punished, progress of Karnataka can never happen.
I am not at all surprised by the fact that, Mr. Deve Gowda (The poooor farmer), as he calls himself, is totally unaware of the contributions made by Mr. Narayan Murthy, chairman BIAL. It is an open secret, often portrayed by the media, that Mr. Deve Gowda is fast asleep, in his chair on many occasions. So how do you expect him to be aware and taking notice of the workings within BIAL(asking for too Much). I hope Mr. Narayan Murthy reads this comment and understands, the situation..!!
