It is really a shame that we have ignorant, and only publicity craving, people in politics. Who portrays that he is the only person who is doing good things to people but infact doing the opposite.
It was a shame that he was previously chosen as the PM and now the ruling party in Karnataka.
Other political parties and newspapers should publicly rally against such Politicians and 'boo' them in public and isolate them in such matters so that they mend their ways and keep away from such cheap publicity tactics.
It's always positive if the politician had chosen the specific issues where Mr.Murthy could do more rather than going hammer and tongs without mentioning any real issues. As part of the ruling party he should have taken initiatives to alternatively work where he things Mr.Murthy has not worked instead of criticising non-politicians who are doing their best for the benefit of the city/society.
It pains to see, someone like Shri. Narayanmurthy, a role model for so many of us second generation Indians being treated like this.
That too by some one like Mr.Gowda.
We should ask him what has he contributed to the state in the last couple of months except creating unnessecary trouble for all of us.
PLEASE MR.GOWDA KEEP YOUR TRAP SHUT. YOU ARE CREATING ONLY TROUBLE..
Its people like Shri.Narayanamurthy, Shri Ratan Tata,Shri Nilenkani who make us Indians proud. If you cannot contribute anything for the good of karnataka, and India, atleast dont undo what good is being done by honourable citizens mentioned above.
Dignatries from all over come to Infosys, Wipro not just because they are sucessful companies but also because they have been built by hardwork and passion and also with a sense of integrty. How many of them come to visit you Mr.Gowda?
It is evident that even Deve Gowda has not achieved ANYTHING for the State or India, except snoring away to glory all the time. He does not value true contributions by all others, including those by Mr.Murthy. Given this situation, I still find it shocking for Mr.Murthy to quit BIAL. In his anger, he has only reacted in a manner expected by Gowda and by resigning he will only be fulfilling Gowda's objectives. Mr.Murthy should simply ignore these comments by Gowda or anyone else, just to appease a small crowd, while the majority of Indians want Mr.Murthy to continue with all his efforts in bringing BIAL to completion. Hope Mr.Murthy will reconsider and return to BIAL management.
Ministers like Deva gowda who do nothing for the developement of the state have no right to comment on the work of another. I think we all know what Mr Narayan Murthy has done for the state in terms of revenue and people in terms of employment. I think its time these ministers are substituted by more responsible humans.
People like Deve Gowda never did any work or development when he was Pm, and now he has ensurde that the most capable person, who was spearheading this project has also been insulted and resigned.
No wonder that Corporates never come forward to help out in any projects; and then ultimately these projects go to these dumb wit politicians who drag the project for years and years, and in the end just end up raking enough money for themselves.
Shame on you H D Deve Gowda, for you and your big mouth; Shame on you Dharam Singh, for not opening your mouth on this; Shame on you Sonia Gandhi and the Congress for not reprimanding your state govt for the same; and shame on all of us for voting such politicians like Deve Gowda to power.
NM should pause & think before he reacts. Look back at what Satya Sai Baba has done for the common people of India in the field of education , health care and water supply - sans Tax breaks , publicity , government support etc.
IT created jobs and also the infrastructure nightmare in Bangalore . NM should have ignored Mr. Gowda's comments and carried on with his efforts to undo what was partially done by the likes of his company.
