Banks know your past

What if the banks wrongfully share the credit information. Suppose, a dispute is in front of the court, and the bank, in order to get the payment somehow, threatens to enlist the name in the defaulters list and does like that also (even as the matter is before the court).

In this case what is the remeady? RBI will help us?

Beware! Banks now know your post

Excellent step towards reducing credit risk!!!

There is no harm in disclosing your hard earned money and by doing so you ensure that a person who does not deserve to get loan should not get it. Just because of few champs small banks are approaching the situation of closing down, thus the innocent investors get ruined.

And for those who have anything wrong in their account must get the treatment. Thus fair game for all players.

A good method to reduce bad debts

At first sight it seems like an intervention into one's privacy. But a deeper look clearly shows one thing--- that if you are good, the system is good to you (you need to pay less interest) and if you are bad, the system treats you accordingly.
With the rise of financial institutions in India and easy availability of credit, such a system is timely called for
