One of the best, creative and most intriguing advertisements in the recent. The character, Sudarshan also is an excellent choice, with his expressions and mannerisms. Keep it up.
I am not sure cause I have not seen the Indica ads... but from the description in this article, they sound a lot like the Isuzu ads that ran in the 80's. If thats true, then its not an original idea, but a recycled one.
Socking a chap whether for fun or whatever seems to be a strange of way of catching attention and trying to appeal to our yuppies. How's one suppose to react to a close up 'disshum' done four times over? As if we don't see enough of violence, bloodcurdling gory scenes and the like. Maybe it could reinforce the idea of "tell the truth and shame the devil!". We could have done that with more finesse and yet got Indica V2 the place it deserves. I am sure the young person contemplating a buy of the car that is netting Generation Next doesn't need a dose of swooshes and bongs before he reaches for the wherewithal.
well, this,i think is one of the best ads in recent times because not only is the ad entertaining and catchy but also that it appeals to all the segments in terms of its likeability and i think the model has done a wonderful job.all in all hats off to fcb ulka!!
Sir, Personally I did not liked your Indica Ad. Indica V2 undoubtably the best car of the segment, availble in the market, designed indigenousely. Any body(True Indian) should be proud of this. Saying 'Must be true' amounts to showing disbelief in the product. It should hurt when such disbelief in shown in the product. However thanks for providing the opportunity to express. All the best and warm regards. Shrivallabh Karmali, Opp. State Bank, Curchorem-Goa. 403 706 Ph.(0832) 2650656, Fax 265 2656

in response to Mr.Shrivallabh Karmali view of the Indica Ad guy saying "Must be true" ... i would like to request Mr. Karmali ... view the Ad again once more and take note of the following:
1) The guy is potrayed to be a "liar" type --- so would you believe if a "liar" says that the car is "the best" ???
2) The "liar" guy is not an owner of Indica car --- so how is he supposed to tell the audience that it's true that the car is best in it's segment ???
before giving any views or comments, one should always consider all the aspects, because the ad is not a concept of one person .... but a team is involved in making it ... so i guess when they thoght of the concept they too must have thought over every dimension of the ad .... what say???
