Finally My summarized question is , For a fresher is it feasible of work in Brand Name companies like TCS , Infosys or IBM with a pay scale of Rs 20,000/- OR may be any smaller company with a pay scale of Rs 25,000/- with a very good exposure of technical skills.?

The employee strength in all these companies give a clear picture of empowered India going into 21st century and becoming a IT superpower.
But it is incomplete, the percentage representation of employee strength in these companies from all the states of India will give a better picture of modern India.
I hope lot of people do agree with me, India is not just Karnataka or Maharashtra but a lot more underpriviledge states these too needs to given a share to make themself felt as unified India.
Companies too should take care of all these facts before disclosing such results.
