women rock but with that family life & industries are rocked!!!!

is the picture really that gloomy as given here??
I doubt it. Being working in a giant software firm with 40,000 employees, i have observed that women are nothing more than a liability for the team & for the organization.
If ur talking bout the growth of women, then at wat cost it is? plz provide the drastic increase in broken relationship of working women. I have never come accross a high profile successful woman wh doesn't have a broken relationship.
sometimes, i really think what's the use of this career which ruins your life.
I do beleive that men & women are complement to each other. both has different roles to play & neither can replace the other. I have seen relationships breaking in just a month time. i'll attribute it to mismanaged life & wrong aspirations without realizing the ultimate goal of life...
Well the life is your's..................

May the best win
by Rajappa on Jul 27, 2005 12:27 PM  Permalink

Hi,
We have been always surrounded by environments of castesism and divided policies. It is regretable to note that even the technological advancements has not been able to erase this stigma.Rather than forcing an environment for increasing the number of women or men ratios ,it should focus on creating an competitive environments where the best wins be it a woman or a man.THis is going to reflect on the intellectual growth of any organization or economy. Its competitive world and the best survives.

So What's So Strange About It?
by Ambuj on Jul 27, 2005 12:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

When all the IT Enabled services are coming to India, it is very obvious that India is going to outsmart America in this sector. One should keep the job flow from west to India in mind.

Hi

I still remember the way TCS hired when i passed out at 2000. They just hire a girl if they are looking good. Put each one girl in a project where the attrition is high.

Instead of using women as a employee retention tool, companies has to recruit them for the real skills and talent.

who cares if its guy /girl as long as they are competent.

Regards
Vishnu
