I agree with you completely there should be no reservation based on language.But I always find Maharashtra as the best example/scapegoat everyone uses.In reality this is followed all across- Chennai/Hyderabad /Kolkata. I am myself a Maharashtrian but I donot believe that jobs should only be reserved for Maharashtrians.If you see Mumbai is the only true example of multiplicity in our country.Kindly do note this.
What ever points have been laid out re retina , finger print scanner they will be applied in india after a long time what i would say is that when a transaction is done on debit or credit card it should ask for the pin number. I have seen this in AUstralia. Citibank, ICICI Bank HDFC Bank pls look into this
