I didnot expect such a bookish article from Mr. Girish Agarwal. Sector - 25 and city centre. It is at a corner of Chandigarh and next to cremation ground with no other building near it.
Anyway, DB was successful in Chandigarh (most of its readership belongs to low SEC's) because it filled a need, was agressive and more importantly over confidence of its competitor.
