Reliability of Bajaj's Dealers
by Narinder Singh on Mar 29, 2005 08:45 PM  Permalink

I purchased a Legend Scooter furing 1981 and it was very nice till it was not opened by the Dewan Automobiles, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi. The mechanic make cracks in the chamber and hide it with M seal, which come out after one and half hour but at that time I was 16 Kms away fromt he workshop and could not reach back because Engined seezed due no leakage in the body.

I again send my second four strock Chetak for repair and replace of Piston Kits. I took the after three days and on the way I found the the Engin Oil leaked out from the back wheel side.

What is the fault of the customer, the belief in Bajaj or quality of Bajaj.

What should I do? My duty time is 3 PM to 12 AM How could I be reliable on Bajaj or it Dealers.

It is my humble request please take these dealer on the toe to correct them otherwies bajaj will go the ways of Scooter India.

If Rahul bajaj is really a business men of the year, he should recall all the dealers and ask them to pay the compensationto the suffering customerns.

I was thinking of purchasing a Caliber115 (Hoodibaba) as it had everything the style, looks, comforts and fuel efiiciency. But still I cant understand why did Bajaj stopped it's production and innovated it with DISCOVER.

The success story of Bajaj brothers is no more than a dream come true. They have strived for success and they have got it and they will be the successful entrepreneurs of the future if they go on doing so...

What about Bajaj Saffire?
by Amarnath Daga on Feb 14, 2005 12:59 PM  Permalink

I purchased bajaj saffire in 2001 and suffering eve since. I have spent close to Rs10000/- in last 12 months on repairs. The bike is bad, worst the technicians are not competent to repair it. It is like a Govt. organization. No one bothers to chceck if all the problems with bike has sorted out.

Bajaj's website will tell you the story. If you log a problem, there is no reply to it. This is sorry state of affairs.

If Rahul bajaj is really a business men of the year, he should recall all the bikes or pay them the compensations.

Regards,
Amarnath Daga
