Its great to listern that 4 Indians are among the worlds' top 50, most influential management gurus. But still the fact remains that most of the elite people like these, are not working for India. Their talent being understood and utilised by non-Indians may revil the fact that we Indians dont recognise,understant and appretiate our own people unless done by others. So I think its the matter of pride to find 4 Indians amongst top 50 management gurus only when they work for India.
