I was wondering that for a company like Infosys which is so much man-power oriented and not machine oriented, what would be the optimal size in terms of 'people'. What would be the management structure that would allow all, I mean all, the employees of the company to feel 'satisfied'. I have come across a large number of people of Infosys who feel frustrated.

This was exactly my thought as I was reading Mr.Murthy's , I must admit, inspirational words.
I too have come across a lot of Infosys employess being frustrated about their work. I've also noticed that stimes people recruited have much more capabilities than chosen for.
