It would have been nice if the authors had given some real-life examples of corporate graphic images (logos) that did NOT work, along with their analysis of the same.
just wondering; should it be a business news! that too how was it created? I am not sos sure when would FT understand the difference between business news vs gossip vs adulation vs smooching-up big wigs and getting personal. No wonder; it is so easy to read Wall Street or Business Week or even Sanjose Mercury News on Business than FT. frankly speaking; feel like FT is in 50s as per as the the conent of business news are concerned
