When u see from outside it is good but .......
by Ramesh on Apr 26, 2005 02:45 PM  Permalink

When you see and hear about this company people feel great but when you see inside it wasn't like that. This company got a bad impression, most of the clients reject projects as well they are not maintaining quality standards in the work. Hope there will be definitely a downfall to those companies who behave head strong after seeing the growth.

Infosys is even the most respected IT Company
by Anurag Saxena on Apr 26, 2005 09:23 AM  Permalink

Infosys is not only the most valuable IT company, it also the most respected. While calculating the Enterprise value, how can the value of Human resources be ignored? If you take the value of Human resources also, I am sure no company will come close to Infosys.
Go Infy Go, Make India proud.

Before you can even make Infy the most valuable IT company in the world, check out Microsoft's EV.

Wrong calcuation
by MV on Apr 26, 2005 01:21 AM  Permalink

Author's formulation of EV is incorrect. Cash is added to market cap and LT debt is subtracted out

We can't ignore TCS
by Praveen on Apr 25, 2005 09:54 PM  Permalink

This article does not mention the market value of TCS, which is having higher turnover then infosys.

TCS has been a leader in Indian IT scenario, with operations across the golbe and all domains.

The author of this article needs to do a complete study before publishing such articles.

Thanks,
Praveen

No mention of s/w giant TCS
by Praveen on Apr 25, 2005 08:29 PM  Permalink

This article seems to be misleading.... there is no mention of TCS which is a s/w giant of india and has higher turnover than infosys of $2.24 Bn....

I would suggest the writer to do a complete study before publishing such articles.
