Singing as a human flute, the voice flowed smoothly and Shekhar concluded that you are a superstar. Both Vishal and Shekar had recognized early, in the opening performance, that you are a brilliant star and in this performance you proved them sooooooo right. But the real trophy in this episode of saregamapa was handed over in the sweetest and most candid manner when one of India's lead singer declared himself your fan! That's the working of the magic that, in this song came forth from a musically modulated "mouth voice". Ismailji is a man of expressions and the purity of his expressionism says it all. No one else earned it and no has earned this accolade from Ismailji. It's a bright feather in the cap.
So, sorry for this late comment. It should have come sooner but the truth and facts don't change. And thanking Bappi for spotting this unbelievable voice.

Just heard Albela Sajan on YOUTUBE and I can understand why the media in one place described Mauli as enthralling to both the lead composers and the audience. Mauli is so serene in this performance. And so different from the powerful and magical "head voice" in Mayyia Mayyia. Her voice in Albela Sajan is so soothing and enchanted, it could mend any broken heart and keep it evergreen. No need for the golden needle and silver thread. Just how do you do it Mauli?

In Rasiya, Mauli is sweetly intoxicating and intoxicating sweetly. The voice takes a sober mind into a trance of druken stupor not wanting to get soberish again as it pines for more. While in one part her voice seems coming from a harmonium in her mouth and blends with the sound on the snakecharmer's flute in the later part. Certainly the innate nature of her voice enthrals.
