Imagine if all the directors were like David Dhawan, Karan Joker type. We had people like V Shantaram, Guru Dutt and Shyam Benegal, who made good movies representative of soceity we live in. Now we see movies made only for urban English folks, the ones who can't relate to mainstream India.
Infrastructure in Bangalore is worse. I don%u2019t know how come public tolerate and move around in the traffic. Govt. does not do anything to improve the systematic flow of traffic. Even traffic police stands helpless. Either Govt. should act fast and try to improve the traffic system or stop the registration of new vehicles till they improve the infrastructure of Bangalore City. I don%u2019t know what does Govt. do with the tax paid by IT companies and IT employees from the Bangalore City? If the similar infrastructure prevails then the public will start moving out of Bangalore.

Its "we" who are the traffic, and where will public go. Nmane one Indian city free of traffic jams and snarls.Govt. can give us good roads, we can buy gr8 vehicles, but unless we change our driving sense, no one can save us. people wave buses to stop anywhere they like to, if one guy jumps the red light all hell breaks loose.
Its time for us to change our attitude. If we all drive well and safe who needs traffic constables who can stop u netime they wish to fill there monthly quotas.
On a passing shot, i was once in kazakhistan in ataxi;the driver pulled up seeing the red light on a rainy night, with all other 3 roads empty. way to go "junta"......

Well said. It all comes down to attitude, as the Prime Minister said "Chaltha hain" attitude. We feel its 'ok' to break rules, we don't quite care about other people on the road, so we really can't blame the infrastructure. Blame your own attitude!

I think it is lack of knowledge and awareness on the road. If you go and ask a bus driver or 5/10 drivers that how did they get their driving license, you will realise the problem in the system. its all interconnected with each other. Public can not have a fair chance because of the corruption at higher lever and on the other side public have to fuel this corruption as there is no way around. so yah you could blame the public (or "US") for doing things....but i still think we should have a fair return on the tax that we are paying.
