India is so populous. Its very difficult to find a lonely undisturbed place, where you can sit with your girlfriend/wife away from the eyes of the society and have a peaceful time.
Also the general mentality of people is: if a couple is sitting somewhere in a park etc and laughing and chatting, they are doing something morally wrong. People eye them, giving stern looks.
Yes we can talk about high class places like five star hotels, restaurents, malls where almost nobody cares and you can enjoy your time with a free mind.

very interestingly said. yes, u can chat laugh freely with your better half friend in crowdy places than in isolated places like parks or beacches. Nobody cares u there. Or else better take a spaceship and go far from earth to have perfectly isolated place.
Yes, Agra is of course the nicest place to flirt, provided we are able to roam around the Taj Mahal in a moonlit night as long as we want, undisturbed by the securitymen. But I guess that is not going to happen. In that case, my choice would be any of the following: (i)The good old Outram Ghat in Kolkata - by the side of the Ganga (ii) The lush green of Khajiyar, Himachal Pradesh (iii) Varanasi (on board a bajra on the Ganga) (iv) The railway platforms of southern railway at the wee-hours of the day
