I've friend, she is very beautiful.She was the victim of gossip and rumours.There was one guy,he liked her very much..it was only from his side.All the colleagues started to pair them,and it was the guy who passing all the rumours abt this girl..that there is something something these both.Poor Girl
These are opportunist people.They always try to impress his Boss by sycophancy.They always try to highlight others fault to hide his inefficiency.Ignore the gossipers and stick to your work.Gossipers will get exposed.

I have always seen messages that are communally provoking and sexually oriented articles posted in this website. It bank on people's sensual side. Yet another garbage site.
I completely disagree with the comment below that one is blame himself or herself for being victimised.
One of the things i have seen at work is Jealous behaviour. Getting upset because some one has better communication skills. Back-bitting about someone because he/she has achieved better results.
These people who back-bite and indulge in silly behaviour are losers and they need to grow up.
sorry rediff, I am not sharing any experience with you. why ask our suggestions now? have you run short of any reports on all the stupid surveys by rediff. ha ha ha. better luck next time.
I think all the offices in World have Gossips!! Every office requires it. You should have some kind of Gossip / Chats in offices otherwise the work place will be very dull.. It should not be targeted at a single person. Everyone must take it very cheerully....

There are many people in the office who are targeted for Gossiping. You can find out them & make your own GANG !!!
does it really matter what gossip is doing rounds. like everything else lets not control what we cannot. if people like to talk about your affairs, let them do so. it is not going to harm you. thats popoularity even if it is for wrong reasons. indians will never change. they just can not keep to themselves. as they say if you can not change others, try not to be affected by others
