Maharishis advice to look inwards is called the path os Self Inquiry. he advocates posing the question, Who am I? to all the thoughts and queries that are constantly chattering in our mind. Once we start ruminating on this path, the mind starts to quieten down and an inner awakening starts to happen. I have personal experience of the immense calm and the easy way the mind quietens when you sit for meditation in the meditation room at the Ashram. It is a must for all spiritual aspirants.
