Nothing wrong with the youth but everything wrong with the law and the law enforcers. Bring tough laws and enforce them to the core and everyone will behave on the roads.

Mr, only middle class and lower class people suffer because of change in laws, but not these kind of fellows. See Sanjay dutt, he got improsonement sentence but still he dares to make statements aspiring to become a politician

Only way out in short term is effective and sure punishment. If lawyers/police/judges are available for money no crime can be reduced.

One part of the deal is prevention and the other is consequences.
For prevention - awareness should be generated and all pubs and drinking joints should only have valet parking. The consumer can have a choice of having a non drunk person within the group drive or take a cab home but keys will not be handed over to drunken customer. Stricter patrolling on the nights.
For consequences the law must have harsher consequences and should be in conjunction with other applicable laws
