Hi all .... i was charged for gprs yearly plan without my consent & when i refused to make this payment (billed without my knowledge) , they disconnected services even to their so called Customer Care. Finally i called them from another number & inquired...the stupid guy doesnt know a solution, rather explaining back to me the problem...aree i wanted to resolve it and this fool explaining me same thing what i complained to him.Fed up, i gave cancellation and finally they cleared all dues....Bcoz they feel we cant change number, these dirty services....
I also had the similarexpereince with my TATA INDICOM Connection. The had installed caller tunes in my system without my concent, andaftergoing to their regional office here at Chennai, and literally threten withm with dire consequences, if they didnt cancel the feature my my number, they did it. even they challenge me to go for legal action. Even though they had cancelled the function from my cell, im sure they have charged me for activation. Since a pre paid connection, i've no options to find out how much or what r all these guys deducting from my account.

Put a defamation case against the service provider in the consumer court. These cheaters should learn lessons.
