Oh you forgot ! you eat that COCONUT oil to make up all the saturated fats you avoid in idli's and dosssaaas
Have draught beer daily.. It is grain based agro product, perfectly vegetarian, no onion-garlic, brewed naturlly, and, above all,.... available ONLY fresh
We should learn how to reject these health surveys and reports. These are conducted among people live in diffrent climatic conditions hence not applicable to indians live in tropical weather. Today in some reputed daily I saw "Eat more Chocolate and reduce weight". Another one is to eat dark chocolate - and they dont explain what is dark chocolate. Anogther one is "Eating ---- so and so reduces the risk of pancreas cancer. It may increase the risk of some other disorder. Media is so sensational in all kind of news hence health tips will have reverse effects. Should stop these health tips and govt should ensure that health tips and survey results to be published only with medical council approval. I know a lady stopped iron tablets prescribed by doctor just because she started having kelloggs cornflakes having written on the cover - EXTRA IRON!!!!

This is a UK story, The Sun,(which was the paper used in the quote,it says) is a really tacky newspaper, anything that appears in 'The Sun',and 'Sun readers" are a national joke...the stores and shops mentioned are all UK supermarkets or English sandwich shops..Frankly,I'd be more worried about what else was going into a Tesco sandwich than cheese, the saturated fats are the least of your worries,freinds... :-)
It should be clearly mentioned in the article that a Cheese sandwich in UK is not complte without a fillet of Pork (Ping), which contains most unsaturated fats mentioned above.
