brilliant, and what a name klpd college. This is though funny reading, facts are administration these days run exactly like this. I have been part of a corporate MNC company that kind of ran like this. Budgets being used up wherever it suited, all revenues into one kitty and work up profits finally, even if one did department profited, incentives distributed among the whole lot etc etc. Finally a day when a merger put things in perspective and expected to have bottomlines per SBU/Project the management got into frenzied nonsensical activity, today they are still struggling, essentially meaning they are still run the kpld way ...
