Wot do we have to say that goes in BPO's. Today its more a pass time with full consent openly or secertively rather than sexual harrasement which rarely happens. Wot goes in offices is gender biasness...shall this be accouted as sexual harrasement??? Such kind of discussion really need not to be done as this only sparks out a debate and later a will to proceed in that path
Now a days women`s are more intelligent than man`s they know the situtations to takle and work accordingly. Now a days no man have privacy in the work place but woman have. Respect fellow human being. Irrespective of thier GENDER.
Regionalism is bigger problem in Indian offices than sexual harassment. It is global MNCs, Indian Pvt sector or Govt sector everybody is effected by regional biases. Many time it is subtly done with knowledge of senior management also. Same people when go in other state start loudly crying if same treatment given to them

Govt. of India is going to implement "Protection of Women Against Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Bill 2007". But it should not be GENDER ORIENTED. It will lead the Women employees to Harass the Men employees. It's going on.
