If there are a lot of girls in the office then for guys there is no Need to watch TV..they will automatically get all the details about whose Husband died in which serial, whose sister Jumped on whose BF...etc. etc..You also don't need to buy a newspaper..Just let them talk and listen quitely..I bet U will get all highlights what the hell is goin'on in the city ..again No Offence :-((

As a male working member I too find expressions of womens sexual requirements disturbing when I am working. Earlier I was fine working with my male compatriots. I feel embarassed when some women give lusty looks. It has also happened that that when I was walking by them the dont look at me but expand their legs. Is this not sexual advance? Or is this sex call like in advanced countries. Is India advancing in this respect also?

I fully agree. Women Doesn't work for time pass bus they do more time pass. They always expect to have a soft corner for her(atleast for work like late sitting, working on week ends,etc.) but at the time of appraisal they will agrue to have equal rights.
Its more common word used for females than males.Considering a woman physically weak with less practical/field experience, less wise/intelligent, less reasoning and more talkative without any proof or test and behave with her as down to male is sexual harrassment to a female. The general idea male bearing about female is female is of second sex. Now-a-days when Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla,Mrs.Thacher and so many are not 'just by chance'or 'by luck' why consider a woman with her sex rather considering her a person? If you are a working girl or a women you have to face the world. And at the end of the day the same female who works hard in office goes home and cooks and looks after the kids. But she is not suppose to complain. If she is made to sit late and she refuses, the males in the office say " oh she is a female working for time pass" and if she works late and somebody passes a nasty comment, the same people say " does'nt she know its so late? she should have refused to work so late." If the females give priortiy to their office the people at home the inlaws says' " she is only bothered about career." If she tries to tell office people she has some work at home then our MEN in office say " see that is why females should not be hired, they keep coming up with excuses that we have got work at home" World please let women LIVE......... Now a days, at home also, ladies (not doing any outside job but housewives), refuse to do household works and ask men (and other women) to do their things by own. What kind of harassment should this be called? In fact, these educated ladies are employing poor people children to get the household works done. what about that? If you do a survey in metros, at most of these upper and middle upper families, one will find child and poor people working like slaves (literally). These poor people are made to work even when they are ill, and this educated class of women will not work as they don't feel well because they partied hard last night. The irony is that these women will cry all sort of principle about "equality with men" , "child labor" etc etc. At home all they do is watch serials of Fekta Kapoor. All they care about is their husband must bring home a good salary so that they can go to all sort of fun worlds and shop till they drop, but they never care about their husband health or food. What should this harassment be called? I am asking to all you such ladies out there, who think all sort of wrong things happen only to women........reply...

I really don't see any need for a woman to take up the dual responsibility, except for unfortunate cases where she don't have the other half in their life. The Indian society has been doing good with woman and man taking up the two different but EQUALLY important roles at home. If you notice, most of the good people around you, whether at workplace or at home, belong to an ideal family like that, where a man and a woman, both have worked hard towards bringing up good citizens and hence contributing towards development of a good culture and society.
It was actually some lazy people in the society who started crying (ofcourse foul) about this tradition, telling "C'mmon women, you can prove this and that". Now that women have taken on the working world outside, they must admit its not a fun and time pass thing. If its their wish to prove "something about equality" (though they were equal but failed to understand), they should not cry foul about the troubles this outside world come with. Sexual harassment is just a part of that, and has been accepted in west, which these women are following. And yes, some women do make use of their god-gifted weapon to get the things in their favor. Here is a statement from one such colleague of mine - "I will marry the day when people will stop becoming my friends". This statement proves many things, one of which is "women can't live alone". So its not that the world is after women, but its women who decided to take the trouble. Please reply.

Sexual harassment is there (and had been there for ages) for Men also, that too both at workplace and home (and any other possible places where both spend time together). Isn't it a harassment if women make men un-comfortable by puting on un-ethical or skinny dresses at workplace or public places. Now, all you women there, please don't tell that men should not be uncomfortable for this. Its something which is given by nature and you very well know what "uncomfort" I am talking about. Isn't it a harassment to a man, if his woman colleague gets the promotion and better opportunities, even when all she has done is dressing well and give that 10000 watts smile and gestures to her boss and seniors (of course sometimes to poor colleague when she need his help). Women are not those holy characters of a society any more. I would like to give an example of a real time incident in my career. There was this group of ladies who kept chatting and gossiping most of the time in some corner of office. Poor manager (male) was unable to control them (he must be scared of being accused of sexual harassment by 3-4 ladies). Then he was replaced by a lady manager from west. This lady came hard on them (need no explanation). What happened next was these ladies teamed up with the HR team (another team of bandit queens, present in all companies), and made this lady manager to resign. What "harassment" should this be called?
In my 4 years of professional life, I have seen numerous females working just for fun. They have tough time being flexible if the work requires them and they make excuses (kid is sick, have to cook, my husband is calling !!!!) and leave. Its the guys(mostly bachelors) who put up with such situations and work hard. In the end when its time for appraisals, I have never heard any girl complaining that they did not get their fair share because they always do its the guys who are milked. I really hate women around me coz they are the ones who do the least work and who steal the best rewards.

"Kid is sick,have to cook "...I don't think these are excuses.Guys can afford to work hard in offices because they have their mothers or wives taking care of the house.Men only concentrate on work whereas the women have to juggle between both office and home

yah, definitely all fingers are not same. But womens who are working hard in office, they are not working in home. because logically think that a person who works hard in office(10-11 hrs) how he/she gte time or energy to cook?Generally they take food from out side or somebody else produce food for them. There are some person men/women who works for time pass.They are -ve characteristices ppl. There are some women who blame only men for their fate. They blackmail men (By they are sexual abused by men.) I agree that some sexual abuseness happens in some office.But In 21st century if a women does not want then nobody can do it.
