Skills [No universities give this type of skills], because I am not complete any degree I am running an %u201CIT%u201D Company. I am not willing to expose myself one day will come you know who am I.
Enduring capacity is the main character for each and every entrepreneur, because running a company is not a small job. You have the complete freedom in your thinking and execution. on the other hand you have the complete responsibility for the success and failure. If you have the passion to excel, undoubtful mind, you are naturally a good thinker and good speaker, positive attitude, if you ready to face the challenges in different circumstances and handle pressure, self motivated and you have the clear vision what do you going to achieve in terms of fame, money, company expansion, brand etc.
With GOD%u2019S amazing Grace you will be the top person one day no doubt my friend.
I would say that a fresh graduate should work for 5 years in a good company where he is exposed to various aspects of business. The friends and network created will come in handy later on also. Secondly there is scope to build some capital in the mean time. More than 5 years will be a waste as you will be giving to the employer the best years of your life.
One should also, if possible; try and get into a company who is into a similar line of busniness as one is planning to start later on. The hands on knowledge will come in really handy.
you are absolutely right.. well evaluated information. in fact i am an entreprenuer for last 7 years now. did exactly the same thing. Worked for another company for 4 years... no regrets now... there were anxious moments...
we talk about india being an developed economy by 2020. its the mission which our President has set.I think if anyone can achieve that dream its the breed of entrepreneurs that will crop up to innovate, grow , give employment.entrepreneurship is the zeal to succeed wht we want through sheer hard work and innovation. In the coming yrs we will c the academically best brains of india working with the smarte3st brains of India.
and in the future it will not be the big eating the small but the smart eating the lazy one.
Mr. Lee Iacoca - Famous Chrysler Chirman who was fired from Ford by Henry Ford for doing good: said to equip oneself with the knowledge and after that he ask to "DO SOME THING".
It is very difficult to start a businees when your comitments are more and the future become difficult to pull back to the earlier level in your forties. But it is profitable to start at ealier even when you loose finacial capital your experince always stand by you. If one succeeds then, sky is the only limit.
Obtaining a degree from college and institution is altogether different with enterprenaurship. For example Sri Anil Agarwal Chairmen of Sterlite/Vedant group is simply education wise matriculate only and started with almost zero, but now today with in a short perid he is a proprioter of such a big empire.
The days are fast fading, when you want to land yourself in a good job for want of security, status and things like that.. But we are presently going through a novel period of rapid economic boom, when there r so much of opportunities and where you would hardly fail! On the other hand, it's becoming highly irritable and drab to keep going to a job- "reporting to duty", when you know you are capable of doing lot more productive things! Moreover, the working conditions, I mean relationships amongst colleagues also becoming one of estrangement due to internal corporate politics, rivalry and things like that.. You find yourself spending lot of your energy on these things, instead of diverting them to lot more productive use, which would give personal gain and fame. I think we Indians lack the spirit of entrepreneurship, compared to people of the West. Let us break this trend and start creating a New India.

I agree with you Anand. Infact most of the places in India, people do business coz they are not able to find jobs OR coz they are not well in education. And in education we are taught to do the work but never told to create work. We need to introduce entrepreneurship lessons in our academic world.
Hi all IT Makes lot of difference being an Business Person,One should have the courage to withstand all the Market Conditions,Generating Own Funds,Like working Capital & after doing all these you should know the In & OUT of the Business you are going to do.
As percieved some time before that the job with perks a secured life has changed due to the fierce competition of market. As overall boom in market, the businesses are also growing well with lot of pace giving good returns in the terms of money and as a boom & globalization, there are varieties in the businesses one can go for. Despite having so many risks and things at stake one goes for the enterpreneurship for few things whivh are not in the job. These few things vary for everybody but can be genarlised as Independence, Decision Making etc. The most important thing in the whole is independence which never is there in any job.
I recently ventured into entrepreneurship after being an employee for 8 years.I feel its all about making that difference in ones life. Enterprenuership brings diversity, makes you change your approach towards everything family, friends. Any day entrepreneurship is better only for those people, who would take the challenges head on.
