Enterpreneur
by Rahul Khanna on Feb 03, 2007 09:25 PM  Permalink

Being an enterpreneur is better as it provides full freedom in terms of decision making risk undertaking. Moreover to have your own business gives you a feeling of completeness but if u dont hav sufficient backup for running a business then perhaps 1 or 2 years working experience does help.

Entreprenurship a better option
by Prof R K Gupta-India on Feb 03, 2007 08:13 PM  Permalink

Well, it is advisable in first few years to work and gain practical insight into runing of business and prove yourself.
Jumping straightaway without any work experience is risky. But many have family background and take such step.It is alright.

depends
by apurva singh on Feb 03, 2007 06:42 PM  Permalink

Obviously the trend is increasing of starting own business rather than working for others. Many are refusing very lucrative packages in this matter.Well what i feel is one should have some years of experience and then he/she should start the business in the same field.that will reduce risks of failures, helps in taking wise decisions ..Ultimately every one likes to be his/her own boss but it also needs some training/guiding that an oraganization can provide better.

Being An Entrepreneur
by uma shanker on Feb 03, 2007 06:16 PM  Permalink

It's most satisfying to have something our own,but looking at business invironment in India at prsent it is not adviseable for the young grads to enter into entrepreneurship immediately after the classes since the handling of legal system, taxation, suppliers, customers and the competition needs resilience and some kind of practical market exposure . Everything written in the books or succesful project reports most of the times needs adaptability as per the situation.

So, it is not adviseable for the young grads to straightway land into the entrepreneurship since they will be risking their finances and career both.
