hey mohil..just open up the BBC site...there u find one business section..open it up..u can also search at altavista.com
Though I have not had many interviews, I have always got the job when I have enjoyed my interview. If you enjoy our interview, your interviewers will enjoy it too. Just don't be nervous. Show some enthusiasm. I hope this gyaan helps. I still need to crack a big B-school interview.

hey dudette thats true...but its very easy to say rather extreme difficult to do..everyone wants to remain cool, composed and wanna enjoy his interview but infact its very arduous job to bear the fear of failing at the interview.also there is lot of pressure from parents side..
I would like to know why my comments and inputs for the aspirants have been removed from the message board? Even the replies / thank you notes to my comments have been removed. This is indeed an unfair practice.

hey dude..thats just ur bad luck...there r thousands of other persons also who use to give their comments ...its very difficult to accomodate all the comments at same time...therefore once u post ur comment after a week it has to be deleted to accomodate other comments also...

Firstly, a tie may not be a compulsion to wear. Secondly, look at all the panelists while answering a question. Thirdly, keep your answers succinct and precise. and finally keep in mind that "This interview is not the end of life"

Hi Raju! Cheers u r absolutely right. HR just revolves around recruitment which any Graduate can do.
I did attend many interviews- for a job of course. SInce I never tried to get to the B or D schools. The first job and the second (present) job came to me via an interview where I had a beard. Forget about the first as I had fairly good introduction or a fair recommendation (from a prefessional colleague and senior) if you like call that name. In the second one, it was with a person who had some adimiration for Indians though did not know much about.
I would like say one thing to the apsirants that consistency in words, actions and facial expression is very important. To achieve this, you need to cultivate the traits of what you want to be, by continuous practice. These traits would include fairness, concern for others, clarity in thoughts and words, strightforwardness in words and action, and all that makes a successful life.
If all else fails even after a superb effort on your part (and after following all the other "tips" you've picked in this forum)..... fall at the feet of your interviewers and beg for the job. With India's population showing no signs of control, the number of applicants will always be high and almost all will be equally good (in qualification and abilities). What the interviewer will appreciate is your willingness (desperation) to get the job done and go all the way. This is not a joke, It has worked for Indians before, why shouldn't it work now. Remember today's B.E.s, B. Tech.s and M.B.A.s are yesterday's B.A.s!!!

I agree with you on all aspects but i differ with you on one point. The last line that you have written that "Today's B.E's,B.techs and MBA's are yesterday's BA's"..No Sir they are not.

Let me clarify: I did not mean that B.A.s and Techies are equal in terms of skills or knowledge. What I meant was that their numbers are comparable with the number of B.A.s that graduated in the past. Of course, there can be no comparison between the two!!
