Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being.
Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.

One can actually feel the all pervading divine power as a cool breeze, as described in all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.

This is the actualization of such transformation, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 90 countries.

It is entirely free of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of Divine Love.

Not so impressed....
by Jai Ved on Jan 18, 2007 10:29 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think this is a follow up of the earlier article "10 ways to stay emotionally stable at work" dated January 16,2007. I don't see much relevance in the follow up topic...I was expecting a real good continuation of the last article and it would right up there like the previous one. In think that in this article you have taken a up a case study and made it into an article.....I hope to see much better articles like the January 16th one......

Ms. Chimnani, Hope that you do not take it personally and improve in the next article. The protagonist is a managing director of a pharma company or regional manager of a vehicle manufacturing company. You seem to be under a lot of strees to miss this in the very first sentence of the article. Hope that you can write more interesting articles. Best Regards, Manish

maintain peace at home and office

I recommend vipassana meditation. It is a 10 days course taught by Mr. S N Goenka in more than 100 centres in 80 countries. It is a 10 days practical training. If one has a will to achieve, he/ she can achieve peace and happiness in life that cannot be bought from anywhere. One has to learn it the hard way, practice and get it. I am getting it.
