aerobics is good but yoga has been proven to be even better for the body, mind and skin too. Also ladies should stay away from cigarettes especially as these harm womens skin and darkens lips more than they harm mens skin. And taking fruits esp seasonal fruits is very good for the skin as it decreases damage to the skin caused by nature(eg sitaphal,oranges in winter and mangoes in summer reduce skin damage caused by cold weather in winter and heat in summer...respectively)
