I think it in nice way to put up resignation letter except we should not be responsible for any kind replacenments. B'coz its organization which needs to bother about the situation.
Rather then as a social worker we are more as a mere Professionals

Do you really think that if you have made firm decision of moving out, Mgt will come to you to discuss the pending amount you have on company. On the contrary, they will count all the pending or not so pending jobs that you have in your hand from the start........This is the way professional world works.

correct dear, management will ask us to get no dues cleared by all unconcerned departments. on top of that to get our PF, mgt will make us drink 3 gallons of water.
If the company feels you were an asset they will definately honor your leave entitlements and bonus (if any). No need to mention the same in FAREWELL letter. But yes, the other matter is good and bound to leave a lasting impression. amc
The Management will not care discussing the pending dues and Vacation time and its adjustment. After tendering resignation, the most of the management think enemy of the company. Such a situation, they don't entertain any of the recommendations also. I think this letter is not fit for 90% of the person, who desired to resign.
