My expected date is around second week of April and I m getting 12 weeks leave form my Office. I m in lots of confusion how to nurture the baby once I'll join the Office. My Mother in law stays with two Sisters in law so it is difficult for her to stay with us. Our Brother in law also stays with us but the problem is that my sister in law (jethani) is also working. Moreover my office timings are 9 to 6. I can't leave my present job due to some reasons. Kindly advice

you have ur mother, or keep a maid from month 1 itself. the baby will start getting used to her. but always keep a check on the maid. or else ask ur mohter to b wiht u for some time as well as the maid.

you can request ur saas to stay with u as i am sure ur jethani's kids must be old enough to be managed by maid. sometimes one has to be a bit selfish & put ones needs infront of others.or ur saas/mother could stay for a month to monitor the maid.
