Hi Last year I started the process with a US consultant when I signed a contract with him. The contract was not on any legal paper and i downloaded an e-copy of it and signed and sent it to him on email. As per the contract I have to pay him the amount towards my H1 if i decide not to join him. Now I have my H1 stamped but cannot move to US for some critical personal reasons. What can be the complications? Can he sue me or force me to pay him the cost for my H1?
