Hi Navnish,
In any interview, not only communication but your presentation skills are more important i feel.Try to put your thoughts and ideas in a proper way(try to use some good vocabulary.Give your interview in manner that even the failure is not going to effect you.Dont get tensed and maintain the consistancy throught the interview process.
This helps very much.. especially for a fresher who is going to attend the interview first time. Lot of important points have covered in this article. It is better to record the voice over the phone rather than telling the friend to critique the voice.
when we have to talk to person on other side with givig a refernece of particular person so how should one should proceed on introducting oneself i front of him.
The message about telephonic interview was good. Can you send me a mail about how to maitain the physic in front of an interviewer and also about the gesture should be maintained.

Please get your facts right before commenting, this article title is rubbish in first place and people like you are worsening it. Kishan S

Mr Rao ... I dont know who you are what you do ... But I thought you should be reminded that you are a minute molecule in the state of Karnataka which is part of the Nation of India which by the way of constituition is a secular socialist democractic soverign and republic country. I presume since you havent had any formal education in english you might need a dictionary or an English educated person to explain to you and the government of KArnataka as well what these terms mean. On second notes How many Kannadigas can speak Hindi ... since it is a national language.. Prepare to leave the country MR Rao if you cant speak HIndi as i quote you. "when in Rome be as a Roman"

On what basis was the so called Hindi made the national language? Is it because the Mughals came into Rule India or it is because its derived from Urdu? Which are the oldest languages in India? and in which language is great Epics of India like Ramayana and Mahabaratha written? Hindi was reluctantly made as the National language and people like you blindly promote it telling its the National language.
I really appreciated above mentioned subjects. This is very vital for initial entry in any organisation. By the time several BPO sectors taking their interviews like as in this way. It's too tough but it is a easy communication. Fantastic tips for interview. Thanks a lot.
writer is only covered bpo. know days softwares companies and kpo alos hire candiates on the basis of telephonic round . myself has given 1 telephonic interview with gurgoan based equity reseaqch kpo.
Your might be right or the vice-versa. Basically, this is just a thought of another person like yor or me. Moreover, in UK as far as I have experienced are very formal unlike in the US and I guess they don't mind for a short intro. What matters is your tone and modulation... Just get that right and be clear.. C Ya, PSB
