how to start preparing for cat

i am, first year student of electronics and communication engineering . i want to start preparing for cat as early as possible. how shd i start

dat was really helpful,but u nvr said of the QA section as well as bieng in IIM-C means a special mathematics test too....
Plz pay heed,many mite b lurking for answers to these too
