As far as job is going fine, its immaterial to mangagment and its good to date people with u tend to know lot of things
and we have biggest flaw here, we date persons for very shorter time and see a person in off for shorter time, where all postive things will be noticed ....
so u date fall in love and when comes close started spending too much we will start to know negatives .....
You think writing something here is really going to help? If you probably say that we would take a copy of all the messages and email it to respective companies, then it makes sense. There is some meaning in writing about this topic.
If nothing of that sort happens, then it's as good as speaking to a deaf man. Do you all think?

it is good to marry a person who works with you. You know the plus and minus of the person and his emotional compatibility.
There is room to judge his behaviour. A colleague of mine and myself were going through a document in the PC and he was answering the phone and accidentally his hands fell over me and he said sorry immediately. I was elated by his gesture. The organisation should not have wicked eye and should promote open culture and free mixing of people
As per my opinion dating colleagues is not bad/worse thing untill it affects the productivity of work or disturbing to other co-workers. Its totally depend on persons whether take it positively or negatively.
No one shud have any problem with same unless its create any problem or disturbing professional ethics.
I think dating your coll. is not a bad idea until both of you let it affect your productivity.It should be continued to that extent that your work doesn't suffer rather it should improve your ability with each other's support
Dating is not wrong but the gossip topic for others is always there because our society set up is like that, everybody is interested in the hot topics in the offices no matter even in a MNC. otherwise it is not bad.
Dating - would mean socializing with a romantic end in view. Are you doing it in office hours - then it surely is not a good idea. Is the person your boss? Very very - sensitive issue again. Are you the person;s boss - dangerous again. Is the dating just for romance with no strings attached ....- will lead to break up related complications which you will suffer in office hours ! Bad idea again.. Are you dating your peer , since you intend to marry him/her and are you mature and stable enough to compartmentalize your work and affair though both are happenning at the same time at the same time? If you are the boss - what are you doing to your office environment? If you are a sub-ordinate - sure you are not being carried away te dropped down and become the talk of the town/office? Think... it all depends..
