I had seen people having all lot of funs (u can imagine whatever that comes to ur mind) and still productive and being a star attraction. In some cases, they exceed the hardworking guys to be more productive. I think, bze they dont keep anything in themselve and throw away all out. ah ahh. is it so.
1.Make sure the company you work for does not prohibit the husband and wife working in the same company. Some companies (MNC's) too have such a rule and so one of them might need to find a new job just before marriage or soon after it. 2.If you plan to work out a office relationship,have a clear understanding of what is official and what is personal. Personal things if it gets into office or work can break your career. 3.Have a liberal heart to let your partner to be his/her own self when in office. You cannot expect a favour from him/her just because he/she is your man/woman.
Just before I end, one piece of advice, just don't run behind all this, if it happens by itself well and good, if it doesn't it is not the end of the world. Live life as it comes, have lots and lots of fun.
It is OK if they are mature and reponsible persons. But for persons who use relationships as an emotional crutch, this is bound to cause problems in the office.
Human mind cannot focus for more than 45 minutes.... , it needs relaxation and someone to get rid of the accumulated fatigue, few naughty lines and gestures can make whole of a diffrance, having close relationship with collegue would rather make things better, but all said and done it depends on the maturity of the couple. Dating does not mean sex... per say.
Never date your colleague. no matter how attractive he or she may be. but that can prove to be a recipe for disaster. lowers productivity, creats mistrust if things go wrong and lots of things....
Work place considered one of the very impartent place in everybody's life.we are here for work for compnay which gives us wealth here we have to maintain good relationship with everyone irespective of gender then we feel like family if not it will irritates others also.so think and act on dating
I think there is no harm in dating with colleagues and also it wil not affect your work but there may be some disturbances like immotional breaks etc which may lead to discontentment among colleagues.i am doing the same at office but i afraid of it success.
