SWOT is not merely a tool to answer some questions or to mark preparedness during interviews. SWOT is an analyzer tool which can provide you as needed insight to any depths one wants. It helps strategize, plan and assess risks associated with any event. So lets not underestimate swot in any way.
SWOT analysis is a must as we gain confidence if Strengths are more than the other three (WOT), and gives an opportunity to assess ourself and enchances desire to learn and increase our knowledge to analysis the situation systematically if the other three dominates the Strength
Yes it is true to make our own SWOT analysis before we start any job, not only for the job market even in our persoal life we must do the SWOT before we come to a decission.I do practice it and find comfortable when i face challenges.
