online MBA

hi,I went through the Q and A session on rediff with Karan and i beg to differ with him on the issue of doing an MBA from IMPERIAL COLLEGE.I have enrolled for the distance learning programme from Imperial College London and find it very easy to cope with the course work inspite of just they sending across the study material as karan puts it. I have completed my masters in ECONOMICS which has already given me a good grounding in core topics necessary to complete the MBA snd so i dont find lectures important from that point of view. As far as other subjects are concerned in MBA they are very well explained and extra efforts are put in writing those study materials to bring it as close as to class lecture mode.(includes dialouges , tits bits etc). They also have a tutor for each module whom you can contact in case of difficulties.Web discussions are also a part of the curriculum. Online assignments have to be submitted which makes it more interactive.Apart from that you have lectures on cdrom for some of the topics. It is my view that if a student has been admitted to the course of MBA anywhere in the world he she has to be above average to cope with it be online or full time.
