Hi I am vasanth kumar k, have completed my B.sc in the year 2007.I finished the course in 2006 with one backlog and later completed in 2007. I have six months of work experience in a Bpo.then later i left that job to complete my degree. then later i joined a ready garment factory as a store supervisor and worked there for six months, now i would like to change my job to Bpo again, so i would like the know the FAQs and also the best possible answers

Hello, The topic was extreamly helpful to my friends who were not that good in spoken english and were trying to get into non voice BPO', and these were the common questions they got struck on and were faced with regection. Thanks a tom for helping so manny ppl out there who are just waiting to fulfil there dreams. I would really appriciate if you can ans and give us some tips on how to crack a tough Team Leader interview, with basic and other questions.
