Hi.I am applying for H4 visa and have already submitted my DS 160 and taken an appointment in the month of march..but I need to make some changes in the form DS 160.Can u please tell me the procedure? Can I fill a new DS 160 form again and take a new appointment by canceeling the old appointment? urgent
My issue is I m holding H1B visa(for company X) but came back 2 India two months ago and joined different company(Y).Now company Y asked me for B1 Visa.When I went for B1 visa, my H1 got cancelled.Is there any way to hv old H1B visa back? H1 B with abandon status??plz suggest
FIRST INTERVIEW:5 months ago i my sister and uncles family had got usa tourist visa appointment but i was unable to go because of my exams ,all of them got the visa. SECOND INTERVIEW:i was alone this time and due to some reasons my visa was rejected. THIRD TIME:this is my third time on 10 october 2008 with my own parents but not my sister as she has already got her visa on first visit. QUESTION:SHULD I HAVE TO CARRY MY REJECTION LEtter? AS THIS IS MY FATHERS FIRST TIME I M SCARED OF NOT GETTING IT THIS TIME TOO. WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD HE CARRY AS PROOF AS HE IS UNAWARE OF ANYTHING. SHOULD I CARRY THE PASSPORTS AND THE VISAS OF MY UNCLES FAMILY AND MY SISTER TO SHW THE INTERVIEWER.BY SHOWING THEIR VISAS AND AIR TICKETS(RETURNTOO) WILL I BE ABLE TO CONVINCE HIM. AS THEIR MAIN CONCERN IS WILL U RETURN BACK.BUT MY MAIN MOTIVE IS JUST 12 DAYS HOLIDAYS.

I applied for H1B visa through my employer two years back. I gave all the certificates. After one and half years I was told that my papers were rejected without any supporting letter from the embassy.
Can I ask for a letter stating that my visa papers are rejected or they dont issue letter/advice
How can I know whether they really applied for me or took me for a ride
