RE: Needed: GRE tips in RC, Maths

RC--> This is one of the tough sections in GRE. It needs an above avg. vocabulary and there would be sections on arcane subjects like philosophy. The best things would be do as much tough passages as possible. Usually there is a standard pattern of qns for RC like What's mood of the author etc. Try getting a gud book like Barron's which will tell u how to identify each type of question & what's the strategy to solve it. Use these techniques to solve as many passages as possible.

Maths--> Is a walkover compared to English for GRE. Again Barron's give u a standard set of questions expected. Do a couple from them & see if u can solve similar problems. The pattern of questions will very much be predictable for Maths in GRE.
Finally get your hand of maximum number of GRE pattern end-to-end papers. That'll improve your confidence..
