This is real inspirational, while reading it, I felt as if, it was meant for me to read it. Well since lasst 6 months, I am working on few projects on my own and then, I felt a neccessity to have a disciplined routine. Since then, more or less, I followed few routines.
I felt this article has strengten my belief and its my personal experience that if you follow certain principles you will definately find a positive change in your life. I liked your each month habit policy, well I will give it a go..

though article is good......But really hard to practise.................i have tried lot this type of activites in college but not more than 2 Days .......
It's depends upon person's self discipline...

This is absolutely true.If you follow any habit for more than two weeks, then that habit will be the part of our daily routine.
