m a student n daily i tried my best to consume water as much as possible but during class hours its almost impossible to consume much.but still after collage i drink 6 liters of water daily .
Hello im 30yr old male,year ago i used to drink 1 or 1.5 litres of water a day & tea for around 5 to 6 times a day, and from past 8 months i get dehydrated every 15 or 20 days, now i have increased to 2-2.5 litres of water & a tender coconut a day, simultenously 2 cups of tea,im still trying to take more water but i feel like somewhat uneasy, why is it like that? should i follow some diet? i feel very lazy in the morning? dont feel like having a breakfast?? i've been many times to doctor, fedup with the medicines i had all these months, please advice me how to control this gastric & dehyderation, i will really be thankful
I drink daily atleast 4 litres of water per day.I donot have tyroid but i am putting on weight day by day i feel. I am only 27years old but i look like 35 years old.should i drink water or stop more consumption please do advice me.

lot of watwe donot result weight gain you must cut your salt in take to stop water retention dr. gupta
Hi, I read ur article today. It tells us to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. I cannot drink so much water as i don't feel like drinking. I don't like the taste, it makes me feel vomit. But my doctor advised, so i started adding lime which tasted good and i started drinking water. But many people told me that drinking too much lime water is bad for health and will start loosing weight and will affect me badly in near future. What do i do? In a day I drink 2-3 cups of tea and have yoghurt in lunch. Also I want to know that a combination of curd and yoghurt is good or bad. Kindly guide me how should i overcome this problem.
