Great work, but it is more important to memorize some answers to questions and face interviews. What I feel is there should be articles to make one grow on interview sense, i.e. making an interview aptitude, what can be asked, what is expected, what goes wrong, how to add flavour to answers, etc..
It is a nice thing to help the person who r going for interview, and would be much more helpfull if some more typical question along with the answer and the tips bout how to present ur self for interview , it could be very very helpfull.
Its a very good idea to present these kind of questions.. It will be great if you can extend it cover more area and sperated by categories like IT, Management etc..
I don't agree with some of the answers. BTW, how can you say which one is the 'correct' answer? There's no such thing as any answer can be correct in all these situation. If the question is 'What is the capital of Inida?' then you can say New Delhi as the correct answer. It is ridiculous to suggest any answer as correct answer here. Being honest will always pays and I am sure the interviewer appreciates it.
Q1. There are 100s of companies and every company is not a market leader.
I will go with answer 3 with slight changes. 'I am looking for a change and I felt that I am best suited for this position'
Q2. What do you think are your weaknesses?
What if the candidate is being interviewed for the position of software programmer?
I will tell them if I have any weakness or I will go with answer 3
My suggestion is to provide these questions based on categories such as freshers, experienced...Also provide more Q's...i think there are some more questions other than these. This type of work is more useful.
