The questionnaire is great. But there can be no clear cut and definite answers to them. It can differfrom one interviewer to the other. Often it depends upon the mood,personality traits and specific equirements of the employer.
Its normal to see questions on the websites or getting these type of questions from HR people.But its amazing to see such realistic answers to those ordinary questions.The answers really favours the candiddate success in the interview.
Though these questions are normal ones,most of the people will answer slefishly.SO its a nice quiz i have ever seen in the Rediff Site.
If possible try to give some more typical HR questions.
