Its nice to exercise the interview tips & the way it explains the tactful answer to the quistion asked in interview bec i have faced the question in my interview.
these were actually good tips,i guess.but these were the normal known questions which the interviewers generally ask. now a days they are looking for more dyanmic ppl and so the questions tend to more abt themselves .
