Hi,
Could any one answer my questions with an example.

Q1.Give me an instance where u were dynamic ?
Q2.How were you productive to your company ?

I have been asked these questions and was not sucessful in giving convincing answer to my employer.

Basically, what Nasha is saying is you should totally lie in an interview, not be yourself, and go to any and every extent to get that job.
I've had eight jobs in a span of 6 years, each better than the previous one, and trust me, if the people taking your interview are expecting answers which are mentioned in this article, they're not worth your services anyway.
I have literally stood up and walked out of interviews in which the first question a person asks me is "tell me something about yourself." It's a stupid question which deserves absolutely no answer.
Sure, I've been called defensive, and have been told a lot of times, that "You are the last person I would ever want to hire."
But that's ok. The point is, if I am going to be at a place working, making money for eight out of 24 hours, I'd rather be myself.
I always wore jeans to my interviews, because I always wear jeans. The idea is to show the other person who you really are, not to mug up crap and mouth it out, thinking you're impressing the guy across the table.
You're telling the guy who you really are. It's a question you gotta ask yourself - to what extent will you go to get a job, how far will you lie to have it?

Regading being dynamic and productive
by azee on Jun 09, 2006 07:51 PM  Permalink

Hi Nasha,
how could one face this sort of questions..
1. Can u explain an instance where u found to be dynamic ?
2. Give me an example where u were productive.

Even though i am accalimed but my realisation never came across these instances ?

How could i answer this relating to IT ?
