hi nasha i complete my engineering in computer science branch & i m lookig for a job in a bpo due to some personal reason.but most of d bpo says we dont hire engineers so what is my answer to them.

Hey Priya, This Sahil Talwar working with Genpact.I'll try my level best to give this answer... That is very important part of your interview because; the interviewer can judge your communication skills from this round of interview. I would suggest write down some topics, which is frequently asked in interview (consult with your friends), Write on it not more than 150 words checked with someone%u2026 Then go in front of a mirror and speak and try to be clearer in your words and pronunciation(I know that is looking stupidity). Topics may be %u201Cyour most memorable incidence%u201D %u201Cwho is your ideal and why%u201D And try to communicate in English only with your friends and family members (if possible). Hie, Nasha this is swati here today i was on the net and got to know about your work. I really felt happy to read all those articles on job interviews, and how to prepare for it.Actually i am sending you this mail only because to i want some guidance on the the subject...even i face the same problem like other people of nervouness during interviews would you please help me to remove this fright of going for the interviews.....
I think I am good in written communications but I am surprised to note that while facing an interview or discussing with some important person my voice does not go with thoughts. Is is because of some lack of confidence or there is methodology to improve it. Regards shailendra
