Complete explaination of the EMI was simply great and useful especially calculation of EMI using Excel. I have one query. How to calculate EMI based on monthly reducing basis,annual reducing basis and daily reducing basis.

I thankyou for that.. i also suggest you to explain all the related things regarding Home loans such how much loan can be pass on net income of 'X' amount and what all things are required to qualify for that. what will be maximum interest rate nowadays in market etc.,,,
I would like to congratulate rediff on behalf of doing excellent work on EMI like issue. There are thousands of people who doesn't know about EMI even after repayment of their loans. Its interpretation with example in Excel is really great. Hope to get many like those in future..............
